Chairs loquaces / Talking Flesh

Mardi passé, séance photo avec deux merveilleux modèles. Moments mémorables. J'entame à peine l'exploration des photos prises alors. Je les manipule sans cesse, avec frénésie, jusqu'à m'y perdre. Mon enthousiasme m'empêche d'y voir clair.

Last tuesday, photo shoot with two wonderful models. A moment to remember. I just started working on the photos. I want to use them all, now. There are so many, it's confusing. I'm too enthousiastic too see clearly.

Un pied dans la porte / Opening the Door

J'ai fait une série d'images que je crois être la suite logique de ma dernière image fabriquée par superpositions. Cette sorte d'images se fait rapidement et nécessite un grand nombre d'essais qu'il faut trier, retoucher et retrier. J'en suis au premier tri.

A new series of images that come from, I think, my latest images I have done using the same technic, superposition. These are always made rapidely and in a great number. I'm still sorting them out.

Partie par partie / Best Parts

J'ai commencé une série d'images très simples obtenues par soustraction. J'ai déjà touché du doigt l'idée avec mes acrobates. Elle me semble d'un plus grand intérêt maintenant.

I'm now working on a series of images that are very simple. I have explored the same idea a while ago with some acrobats. It looks more exciting now.

Danseuse / Dancer

Une autre image du même modèle. J'ai beaucoup cherché et ne suis pas encore complètement satisfait. Je change des détails tout en étant persuadé que ce n'est pas ça qui va faire une différence.

La facture de l'image me rappelle certaines que j'ai déjà faites il y a longtemps. Mais quel plaisir de travailler des rondeurs! Je crois que, par cette image, j'ai ouvert une porte. Enfin, je l'espère.

Another image from the same model. I worked a lot on it and I'm not fully happy with it yet. I keep on changing small details, when in fact what annoys me is probably more important.

This image looks a lot like some others I have done a long time ago. But it is a real pleasure to work with the round shapes of a woman body. I hope this is the first of a series. We will soon see about that.
